For those fans of our Pendragon buffalo cheese who haven’t noticed, it is once more available through our on-line shop.

We have a new supplier of buffalo milk and have been busy making Pendragon since February.  These first batches are now mature and are selling like hot cakes!

If you’ve never tried Pendragon then you’re missing a real gem.  We’ve changed the original recipe slightly to really make the most of the creamy texture and the wonderful taste that is initially quite mild but then builds on the palate to give a stronger, lingering, slightly salty finish.

Hopefully customers have also noticed that we’ve reduced our courier costs.  We’ve almost halved them!

I just wanted to say I’ve received my Taster Cheese selection and just have to say it’s the best cheese we’ve ever tasted ! Pennard Red and Pendragon both joint favourites. The rest still outstanding.

A lovely treat during these dreadful times.
