Oak Smoked Six Spires is a mature cheese made using unpasteurised cow’s milk.
It lends itself perfectly for lightly smoking. The dense, waxy texture gently absorbs the smoke to enhance and compliment its strong, savoury flavour.
This cheese can be matured for up to 15 months before consumption.
A local, professional smokehouse is used to lightly oak smoke Six Spires.

I just wanted to say I’ve received my Taster Cheese selection and just have to say it’s the best cheese we’ve ever tasted ! Pennard Red and Pendragon both joint favourites. The rest still outstanding.
