We would like to assure all customers, regular and new, that our online shop remains open for business and that at present, all our cheeses remain available.
We are a very small business and in being so, we believe we are able to quickly adapt to the challenges brought about by the current Covid-19 virus situation.
Having only 2 of us in the dairy makes adhering to the strict conduct of hygiene and due diligence during cheese making and the preparation and packaging of orders much easier. The fewer links in the process the safer the outcome.
Our farmers are continuing to milk their animals and deliver to us. We will in turn continue to make it into our award winning cheeses for as long as we are able to.
